Rolling 2-point and 4-point  Resistance Monitors
     

    Delcom Instruments manufactures rolling resistance monitoring systems which are designed for measuring the resistance of continuous coatings or individual coated elements via contact with the sensing roller.  The sensing rollers can be designed to measure up to 8 tracks, and are self-clocking to measure up to 30 elements per second per track.  The system is provided complete with display consoles which show the measurement on each track, pass/fail programming, and an output for marking defective elements.

    2-Point Rollers

    Two point measurement systems provide high accuracy in applications where roller to sample resistance is insignificant.  Rollers are shown below with mercury-wetted rotary feedthroughs.
 
 
    4-Point Rollers
    Four point measurement systems provide true Kelvin sensing for maximum accuracy in low resistance applications.  Shown below is an eight track four-point roller.
