STANDARD SENSORS FOR FIXED POSITION
Examples shown designed for use in atmosphere or vacuum chamber.
Our most popular sensor for the 727R series is the JR sensor shown below.
It features an 8" (20.3cm) reach and 0.1" (2.54mm) gap. Optional
copper fluid lines improve temperature stabilization, thereby improving
performance.
ADJUSTABLE AND SCANNING SYSTEMS FOR INSPECTION STATIONS
Dual head track mounted adjustable systems allow for evaluation of webs
from 24 to 60 inches.
Lateral scanning of a slow moving web can be used to verify product
quality over the entire surface of a substrate.
EXTENDED RANGE DUAL SENSOR SYSTEM
The dual sensor incorporated in this sensor head allows a resolution
of 0.01 millimho in Low range and full scale value of 20 mhos in High range.
Stainless Steel Dual Sensor head is shown with RTC module and rack mounted
display console. Rear panel analog output allows for chart recorder
display of conductance values. RS232C serial interface is also standard.
TRIPLE HEAD VACUUM CHAMBER SENSOR UNIT
Sensor assembly shown has a 52" opening for web passage.
This sensor assembly provides adjustable outer sensor position.
This sensor assembly provides adjustable outer sensor position as well
as vacuum-tight RTC boxes (RTC modules are normally mounted outside chamber
bulkhead) , which allow much longer cable distances where required inside
large chambers.
COMPUTER INTERFACE FOR DATA AND PLC
RS232C serial interface allows automated measurements process control
or product quality reports. PLC interfaces can be designed to perform
remote zeroing or range switching.
